Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same from your booking history or by emailing us on hello@bombaatdesigns.com whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Bombaat will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Pricing
We ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Additionally, prices for items are subject to change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.
KINDLY NOTE: The prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.
Payment
Upon receiving your order, our Payment Gateway Partner “RazorPay” carries out a standard
pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. We will accept the Order once a successful payment is done through our Payment Gateway Partner “RazorPay”.
Delivery
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of any delay, please contact us on hello@bombaatdesigns.com with your Order Number. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Membership Eligibility
Persons who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, will be eligible for membership in Bombaat. As a minor if you wish to avail our services, such availment may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Bombaat website.
