 Customer can initiate return and refund request from their login.


Return Policy 

  • In case of any issue or defect in any of the pieces, you are required to return those products, unused with all original tags.
  • All products purchased from our website, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • To schedule a return, please email us at . The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes. Our Courier/Shipping Partner which is known as ‘Shyplite’, provides a list of Pin codes to which it delivers. If your area pin code is not available and does not reflect in the Panel, then it means that the Reverse pickup facility is not applicable for that area.


Replacement Policy 

  • In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:
    • Items that are physically damaged or defective;
    • Items that varies from the description;
    • Items that are wrongly delivered;
    • Wrong Color;
    • Wrong Style;
    • Wrong Size; or
    • Wrong Quantity;

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

  • If you have size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges please email us at along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. If you wish to change design, style or product then you will be charged Rs. 100 plus the difference in MRP (if any) for the same. We can help you in exchanging the original order with new one of same value.


Conditions & Guidelines 

  • We will accept Return or Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
    • Return or size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item;
    • The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
    • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • Please be informed that the Returns or Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
  • Further, Please do not accept the items in case the product packaging has been tampered during the course of delivery.
  • For exchanges, You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price and the new items will be shipped to you after receiving any applicable additional payments.


Refund Policy 

We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on NO OTHER GROUNDS. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.

We undertake to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned product clears the quality check at the warehouse.  However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after NEFT is initiated by Bombaat.

In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then Bombaat will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid by you.  However, you may still opt for exchange or replacement in an aforementioned manner.


Shopping during a promotion/scheme/offer

If you have shopped during a promotion/scheme/offer,  you shall be entitled for an exchange only if the Product is available and in stock. However, please note that in case of promotions/schemes you are only eligible for a size exchange for the same Product.


Modes of Payment 

All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.

  • If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date after the products clear the Quality Check process.
  • If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then the requisite amounts shall be refunded into the bank account provided by you containing your bank details which will have to be emailed to within 7 business days from the date after the products clear the Quality Check process.

KINDLY NOTE: The applicable shipping or COD charges shall not be refunded to you in any circumstances.


Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to from your registered email address. We will reach out to you by email, for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.

We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payments as applicable.
